Description
disgruntled loading dock worker... the harness around his neck is supposed to be a communications array, and well as supporting his massive tool belt. Even with this, I imagine him to be the type to still have his buttcrack hanging out while loading up a cargo ship

That collar and harness is actually a great idea, not just to support the belt, but an emergency helmet and air supply, in case of decompression. OSHA approved for working in a space dock....
